About the fair

Polagra trade fair went through a  transformation in 2007. There were created separate POLAGRA-FOOD and POLAGRA-TECH exhibitions.

International Trade Fair of Food Processing Technologies Polagra-Tech is divided into six thematic exhibitions. Exhibition of Baking and Confectionery Industry and Exhibition of Machines and Devices for the Dairy Industry take place every two years, in even years, whereas Exhibition of Machines and Devices for the Meat Industry and Exhibition of Refrigerating, Air-Conditioning and Heating Devices take place in odd years (also biennialy). Exhibition of Machines and Equipment for the Food Industry and International Food Ingredients Show are organized every year.
